Statutory redundancy pay is calculated using:
- Your age
- Your length of continuous service
- Your weekly pay
A maximum of 20 years’ service can be counted.
Weekly pay is subject to a statutory cap of £751 from 6 April 2026.
You need at least two years’ continuous service to qualify.
